1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or use this Website.
• By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
• If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Services & information accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information on itineraries, prices, and services. However, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Bookings & payment terms

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or deposit.
• The balance payment must be made before the start of the tour as communicated in the invoice or booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, online gateway, or other approved methods.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

5. Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to adikailashtourism@gmail.com).
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to our cancellation policy shared with your booking confirmation.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• No refund is possible for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government orders, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or refund as deemed appropriate.

6. Pricing & inclusions

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. The price includes only those items specified in the tour package or itinerary (for example accommodation, transport, meals where stated). Any additional expenses (personal, medical, tips, permits not included) are your responsibility.

7. Travel documents & participant responsibility

• It is your responsibility to ensure you possess valid travel documents (passport, permits, medical certificates, identification) before departure.
• You must comply with all government and local regulations during travel.
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation.

8. Health, fitness & conduct

• Some tours involve trekking or high-altitude travel. You must ensure you are physically fit to participate.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behavior could endanger themselves or others.
• Participants are expected to respect local customs, environment, and fellow travelers.

9. Force majeure & liability disclaimer

We are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, landslides, road closures, political unrest, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour or service booked. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

10. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain suitable travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal accident before the start of the journey.

11. Intellectual property & website use

• All content on this Website (text, photos, logos, videos, designs) is owned or licensed by Adi Kailash Tourism and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use of the Website may give rise to legal action or claims for damages.
